The SAInidcator product is ideally valuable during the price travel between peak and trough over short periods, providing a favorable risk to reward ratio. The peak and trough of the pricing movement is the period of time most of the analysis hours are spent identifying inflection points.

About Us
Primarily a real estate investment fund, during COVID-19 we focused our otherwise ideal resources to research, develop, and test methods and models to take advantage of what we saw as a generational opportunity in the REIT equity market.  Subsequently, the volume, technical population, and universal use of the S&P 500 market provided a better product and monetization vehicle.
